Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that all swimwear items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and hygienic liners still attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@shopmarinasoul.com within 15 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and hygienic liners still attached, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email at info@shopmarinasoul.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
